This is good, it sealed my damaged, frizzy ends and was long lasting but I had to use two. Make sure you use it on very clean hair, like after using a clarifying shampoo.

Alot of people rave about this, but for me it did nothing. Putting it into my hair i burn my hands and scalp, but once its in it cools down fast, thust beating the purpose of being hot oil.
