I have combo/sensitive skin and while this toner is good for the "sensitive" and "dry" areas, it is not very effective for the "oily" areas.

This is very mild and perfect for my sensitive (rosacea) skin. I noticed that my skin was smoother and more evenly toned within about a week of use. I doubt this will do much for oily skin.
