I liked the consistency, it is thick. It goes on white, but rubs to clear. It has a pleasant smell, and lasts a long time. It was recommended by my physician.

This is now my HG winter moisturizer. I use a sparing amount for my face and neck (too much gives me breakouts) and liberal amounts on my hands, cuticles, and various other dry spots on my body. ...

Where do I start...I simply love this product! Especially during the winter, when my skin starts to peel off because it gets so dry. This is the only thing that helps. You get quantity and quality...

For me, it's better to use it as a body lotion. Just apply it where you feel extremely dry. And it also works pretty good as a massage lotion. :D For my face, it's far too oily.

Nivea has been around for-eh-ver and it's OK. Not a HG and not awful. It is, indeed, thick and creamy - and on me a bit greasy feeling even though other people swear it's not. Good for elbows...
