    WAY overpriced, Dear god, and doesnt make anything stay put nor moisturize. I like the cooling but thats it. I tried every technique i could think of an allowed at least 5 min to set.

    It is just a tinted Primer. The metal applicator included is what offers the "cooling effect". My advice is go with something like Clinique's Pore Minimizing Mattiifier Not really worth it.
