Idk what I got but it doesn't say anything about glitter. BUT IT HAS GLITTER! Disappointed about that, but does dry my Polish way faster then a regular top coat. Not taking a chance buying it...

One lippie off because it doesn't deliver on the anti-chip promise. However (and this is a big however), it works wonders as a fast dry top coat. I love, love it for that fact alone.
