    I'm impressed! This is the best conditioner by Pantene for my hair. I didnt see the commercials I'm reading about, lol, I just bought it on a whim and I'm very pleased!!

    Ice Shine is a rich conditioner which does provide a nice amount of shine and softness to my hair. Pretty good for an inexpensive conditioner.
