I've tried venturing into so called high street makeup and foundations these days (ok, let's not kid ourselves, I'm still buying lots of high end makeup but I like a cheap thrill sometimes!) because the new releases from high end brands (Dior, Clarins, YSL, Shiseido, EL) were a disaster so far in my search of a new foundation for autumn/winter. This one was on 3 for 2 offer in my …Read more

I really liked this at first, but over time I began noticing under the skin cysts and tons of small bumps began appearing on my skin, especially near my chin and jawline. I've never had such bad acne in response to a cosmetic product. If you have normal skin, this foundation is a dream. If it's even slightly sensitive, stay away. I've cut out everything and somehow I was still …Read more

I'm really surprised by this drug store gem! I purchased this a couple of months ago, because I've been trying to cut back on my beauty budget a little.

I have mature, combination/oily skin with some redness and pores, but not too many lines. I usually prefer a matte foundation, because I find they stay on my skin longer, but they also accentuate a lot of things I …

I had to delete my first review of this foundation done 2/2019. I hated it when I tried it and the alcohol caused my skin to flake. NC15/20- Shade 420 true beige was too light and neutral, shade 425 linen is the right undertone but a hair too dark. I ended up returning/donating.

Jump to 9/2019 - i decided to retry this, shade linen because the undertone was really good for my …

This is my favorite foundation which I have been using for months. After trying high end foundations like Armani, Lancome, Estee lauder I found this perfection. I'm in my late 20's, mixed skin with oily t zone, skin texture with some scars and acne prone. This covers beautifully and stays on all day as I have a busy life. Great for work, holidays and big partys. The price is great also …Read more

On paper, this seemed like everything I was looking for in a foundation: good coverage, but with a more luminous finish, long wearing and affordable. I have light skin with warm undertones, and bought the shade "Linen", which matched me nicely.
A lot of the shades have a more warm golden undertone, so if you're cool-toned, you might struggle a bit to find a match.

The …

This stuff is the best. I love it so much it is all I want to wear out of my 50 plus foundation collection. Ive long been a fan of Fiona Stiles, Bobbi Brown, LAura Mercier Luminous, Marc Jacobs Genius, Loreal Infallible, etc. The coverage is fabulous. I consider it a full coverage but many say it is med. it is easy to build or apply lightly fir a light coverage. It wears wonderfully all day. …Read more

This is the best drugstore foundation hands down (sorry color stay) and one of the best foundations I’ve used in my long weathered 40 year old life period - & I’ve worn foundation religiously since age 12-13. Not really to cover anything cuz I have nice skin, and do not look my age, just because I like the way it makes me look. And I’ve tried them ALL from cover girl (well ok maybe not cover …Read more

I love this foundation. It's my go to for work or pictures or when I want more coverage than my beloved but very dewy looking Burts Bees BB cream. Admittedly I loathe full coverage foundations because all the ones I've tried (KvD, UD, Hard Candy, MAC, L'Oreal pro matte and pro glow, Perricone MD, Laura Mercier, Maybelline, more) look cakey, cracking, heavy, icky, trying to hard …Read more
