For the moment I am saying I would repurchase it again, but then again I haven't worked my way around skincare enough yet to be able to judge whether I should go for something new again or not... Only had to pay 15$ for something that's going to last for quite some time so I don't mind too much.
But here we go: a toner in Asia isn't to clean your skin, it's to hydrate it. I bought my bottle in Japan and they told me in the store that it's to shake out a few drops on my fingers and then work it into the skin, alternatively pat it into the skin. My regular foam from EH works fine so I don't feel the need to have extra removal of makeup left, but if you think it's working for you, you do you! I tried it that way one night when I skipped the foam (only rinsed with cleaning gel from Biore) and it took away alot of junk left and smoothed my skin at the same time.
Nnnnnnnnnnnope, it has started to break me out for some god awful reason and I don't see the point anymore. There are better brands out there so I am moving on now.
Also, since this is to hydrate your skin, you got to remember to lock the collagen into the skin too. Put coconut oil, a lotion, whatever on top of it to make sure it'll stay. Hydrates my skin very well and smells goods, plus it doesn't break me out. Will continue to use this for now at least and be satisfied with it :)
