I have terrible nails, seriously. They have never grown long, no matter what formula I tried or how well I ate or what vitamins I took. Someone recommended this product and I thought that I would try it out and then if that failed I would just become resigned to having short, stubby, brittle nails forever. I used this for about a month, applying it religiously every day, and felt lukewarm about it. I felt it was doing nothing more than what clear nail polish would do. I kept it up, though, out of desperation, but feeling like all the other reviewers must have just had better nails than I had. Then, one day, I looked down at my nails, and they were long, strong, and beautiful. I started applying this only every few days, and it is a bit expensive to me, but wow, my nails are insane. I have had to file them down because they are too long to type properly. Please try this if you are one of those people who thinks you'll never have long nails, and don't give up until you've really tried it for a couple months.

The ONLY thing that has ever worked for my peeling, brittle nails. I've been using it for the past month and its seriously the difference between day and night. Only thing I will say is FOLLOW the directions and Don't over apply it. I did that (applied 3 coats) 2 days in a row to try to "speed up" the process and I felt like my nail beds burned a little. Nothing crazy but I felt a slightly hot sensation for about 3 hours. Which isn't the worst considering the great results I've gotten but I stuck to one daily coat then taking it all off after a week and starting again fresh the next. It works if you give it time to do its thing.

Evidently, I have strange nails. No matter how hard I try to get this exactly right, all it does is peel after one day and take the top layer of my nails with it. It does not work for me whatsoever, and in fact, exacerbates the problem.

My nails were soft and tore easily. As soon as my nail was longer than my finger tip, it would tear off. I bought this over a month ago and didn't follow the directions at first and wasn't applying it every day. A couple of my nails tore and I was frustrated. I knew I wasn't using it as indicated, so I started using it every day and within a week my nails were stronger than EVER! I haven't had a tear since and my nails look amazing! I never put polish on my finger nails before because I felt it was wasted on weak nails, but now I want to color them to show them off! Its a product that actually works.. be patient use every day on clean nails and you will have healthy and hard good looking nails.

I just purchased my third bottle of this product and will continue to do so. I love this product. I never though I could find something that actually does what it says. You must keep up with it though in order for it to work. I typically apply it every night before bed. I find that it dries generally fast. On the bottle it says NOT to apply more than one coat per day. FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS! Early on I tried more than one coat a day and it resulted in tiny bubbles appearing on my nail. My typical routine with this product is to apply this product 3 or 4 days in a row, then I will go ahead and apply nail color. Very important: Do not apply nail color if the Nailtiques isnt completely dry! Works wonders as a base coat!

In my 46 years, my nails have never been this strong or looked so good. About 4 months ago I was so embarrassed. Desperate, I started with Nailtiques 2 plus. I used it for about 3 months with good results. I then move to Nailtiques 2 and it finished off what 2 plus started. I also use Nailtique cuticle and skin gel. Honestly, I find myself marveling at my nails a few times a day...they are really mine! I'm actually thinking I may need to go for a manicure to have them cut down a bit!
