    I'm surprised this is getting so bashed. It's NOT a base or top coat, that might be the problem. I throw a layer or two on bare nails and they seem healthier with a natural shine. Wears a long time...

    I don't know if I bought a bad bottle or what, but this stuff ran all over the place it was so watery. It didn't even allow the first coat to go on smoothly. Save your money.
