This gives a cool-toned frost, with a beige/nude base, and a sheer effect. I like it on top of certain lipsticks or lipliners. My skin is very warm, and this gives a contrast which looks good...

The packaging for this is a little finicky but at 1.50$ I don’t honestly care! I didn’t have high hopes for this lipstick due to the price point but it is creamy and doesn’t dry out on my lips....
