I actually love this lip balm. It does turn your lips white, but it felt good on mine. It didn't make them dry either. I either put it on before bed or use it under lip gloss.

I totally agree with Missnat. This lip balm is a good moisturizer but it's impossible to use Lifeguard's choice during the day... white lips look scary! Unsatisfied, anything but pleasurable.
