I never thought I'd find an aluminum-free deodorant that works, but this one does! The active ingredient is reported to be zinc oxide (guess your pits won't get sunburned!). I don't know what it is but I truly don't stink. Note it's a deodorant not an antiperspirant, so you may experience some wetness. I haven't really noticed anything noteworthy in that …Read more

I have been trying different natural deodorants because I want to get away from antiperspirants, which interfere with release of toxins, stain clothes, and leave a residue on both skin and clothes. Most of the natural products I tried didn't control odor more than a few hours, some made my skin itchy, and some applied like pasty lumps. I saw a lot of Lume ads on social medial and the …Read more

Ok, so deodorants and antiperspirants seem to be very individual; what works for one person might not work at all for another, etc.

That said, I've tried several brands of natural deodorant, and Lume works better than any of them, without any of the irritation of baking-soda-based formulas. One lippie off because it's not perfect, HG status, and I'm willing to try other …

I have to say...In my mind, this product is revolutionary. I am a pre-menopausal, post hysterectomy 45 year old woman and my chemistry has changed. I’ve always used the Arrid XXXXXXXLLLLL spray deodorant and managed pretty well but I was even busting through that. AND, I will not TMI but things changed in other areas. Why I thought I could change to a more natural …Read more

First. I really wanted to like this product.
I purchased two of the twist up containers. The product is a liquid gel, like heavy lotion. It seeps out of the holes in the dispenser and fills the lid . Keep it upright at all times otherwise you will open the cal and have it fall out onto your shoes and anything else close by.
So, I did everything right. I purchased the Percel detergent and …

I do not like the scent at all. Too herbal for me. It goes on like a gel. I applied the tiniest amount as suggested, but it still took too long to dry. 4 hrs later i was stinky, without any type of exertion. My homemade deodorant works much better.

There are some "cons" to this product: it is pricey ($14 for the lavender and sage 'stick' I bought), and it is basically a lotion (looks like a stick deodorant, but where the top of the stick would be is a plastic shield with little holes).

Why I gave it 5 stars: it keeps me from stinking (not from sweating; it is not an antiperspirant) and it keeps my exercise …

I used a full tube/bottle of this product before writing this review. I used this exclusively on my underarms. I have sensitive skin, particularly in my underarm region, but I am not nearly as sensitive as others. So, with all of that said, I find this excellent at controlling odor (and I AM stinky!) but I will not be repurchasing. The deodorant is very very creamy- like a lotion (not like a balm …Read more

Very surprised that this deodorant has no reviews yet!

I'm not a very smelly girl and I don't sweat a whole lot, but I can't go barepit unless I want to scare people away at the end of the day. Antiperspirants are a no-no for me since they dry out and irritate my skin. Commercial deodorants are not easy to find, out of desperation I tried some of the presumably unisex …
