This is a truly matte lip balm. I also love that it lightens/tones down my lips slightly, but nothing like the heavy white cast of sunscreen lip balms. Easiest matte lip ever. It also happens to be great at moisturizing my lips for hours and hours, but I'm stuck on how just throwing this on looks almost as good as a nude matte lipstick, minus the painstaking application and parched lips.
The label on mine actually says "hand & body scrub;" I bought it specifically to use as a hand scrub. The first few dozen times I wore Guilty, it was a complex tropical floral on my skin - creamy and distinctly white, tropical floral. I liked that it was rich and heady, instead of light and fleeting. It was very nicely grounded by a whiff of spice that carried on throughout the fragrance's life, from first spray to drydown.

Cheap, quick drying, and comes in a great selection of shades. They've made some changes recently (winter '17-'18); now the cap (roughly) matches both the color and the finish of the polish inside, which I think is some really nifty attention to detail.
