This was disappointing for me. The biggest problem is that it darkens over time, and not just a little bit, I was maybe 3 shades darker after a couple of hours.
It stayed tacky even after a light powdering but the finish was a nice natural finish, not too matte and not too dewy.
It didn’t settle into my lines much but it accentuated my pores a bit.
I liked the packaging, the pump is …

I wore this for a week until I removed it last night to a face full of pimples and decided to stop lol. It's inexpensive (tho the amount you get is NOT a lot), easy & sanitary pump tube packaging, I found a great color match (sand beige, which always works for me in Revlon foundations across the board, I'll give them that), and I genuinely loved the finish and performance. It was …Read more

I am 50 years old with clear, sensitive dry /dry combination skin depending on the season I was looking for a foundation to only even out my skin. I didn't want a foundation with to many promises: oil absorbing, mattifing, serum, anti-aging etc.. I just want a smooth canvas and light to moderate coverage for my skin. This purchased this in Nude and the colour was a perfect match for my …Read more

After using it a few times since I got it in December, I don't think I like this foundation.

To me it's heavy, difficult to spread, makes my chin itchy (possibly breaking me out), buff makes me look washed out and when I wore buff in colorstay I don't remember looking so washed out.

I guess the pros was the ds price tag and I love the packaging w the tube …

I've used many brands of liquid foundation, from high end $$$ to drugstore $ but I lucked out when I purchased Revlons Candid. I chose color 420 Sun Beige for my light/warm/medium skin tone & it was a perfect match. From all the color descriptions from the different websites, Revlon was truest. Highly recommend this lightly matte & moisturizing foundation...

I have only just tried this for the first time today. Really liked the packaging and loved the idea of “candid” foundation.
I got colour 120 bisque, which is a near perfect match for me (maybe a slight shade lighter than a need). I pumped this on the back of my hand before using a beauty blender like I usually do, I used one pump first which covered half my face, quite flawlessly and matte! …

Lots of colors to choose from if you have olive-yellow toned skin, I was debating between Ochre and Buff and went with #120 Buff. Texture is thicker than what I am used to and it seems to accentuate my wrinkles, my 50 year old skin looked pretty dehydrated with lots of micro glitter on top that went into every wrinkle, I looked tired, older and super dry. The only con is that the match was good …Read more

It's sad that Revlon keeps putting out new foundations that have a better range of colors than, but have inferior performance to, the iconic HG Colorstay Makeup liquid. If they would only invest in a better and more consistent shade range for the Colorstay! In comparison to the Colorstay, this Candid is seriously lacking. The Candid is much thicker, and it tended to emphasize flakes and …Read more

I think the Revlon company got bored of their long standing foundations so they came up with this. For the records, I am a big fan of Colorstay for combination to oily. I think even EL didn’t master what Revlon did with Colorstay. This foundation was not as sheer as I thought so the very first time that I applied it, I layered it by mistake. It came out a bit cakey. The second time, I just …Read more
