I have super sensitive skin, this has given me no issues (so far- 1 week). The scent can be a little much, but its familiar since I own the Meteorites primer, but it may bother some.

I love Guerlain's meteorites primer, its my #1 primer. However, this Oxygen care is different. Some have reviewed it like a primer on other sites, its too thick, in my opinion. So when I first tried it, I was scared it would be just like the primer I already have. Its not. Its much thicker, like a lotion, and it needs to warm a bit on your skin to spread. Guerlain's primers are much runnier. This is awesome for a light moisturizer. Once it sits on your skin, it has a super soft finish. My skin feels amazing. After wearing it awhile, my skin looks soft and glowy. It actually makes me not care to wear foundation!!

I will say that for a moisturizer, its not as "healing" or "absorbing" as your typical moisturizing face lotion. I feel this is more for enjoying while you wear it, but when I wash my face, I feel like my skin hasnt absorbed much moisture (like when you wash off foundation that has jojoba oil or shea butter in it, for example, where you can feel the softening effects on your clean skin). This feels like a very superficial moisturizer, and the feel and effects last only as long as you have it on your skin (so very topical). I will have to see if using it over time will change that opinion. But it feels lovely and looks lovely on. No breakouts either, which for my skin + moisturizer usually makes me greasy or break out, which is why I wanted to try this.

ETA: few days later, I tried a sample of Bobbi Brown's Vit Enriched Face Base-- I actually prefer Face Base over Guerlain Oxygen just because of how "healing" Face Base feels, like a true moisturizer (shea butter), as well as a fresher scent (citrus) that doesnt linger, and price point. Still glad I have the Oxygen Care, but if youre looking for a true moisturizer, Face Base is great.

This is a luxury splurge product that is sooooooo beautiful! It smells divine, feels sensational and makes me happy everytime I use it. This is a pearly white moisturizer that feels similar to the meteorites pearl perfecting primer only creamier and more hydrating. It dries to a silky smooth finish and the primer and foundation apply like a dream over this. I don't use this every day but when I want to treat myself I use my Guerlain trio (this moisturizer, the primer and the lingerie de peau foundation) as my base. These products are expensive and I wish I didn't like them but I do. I hate to spend so much on any one product but I will always indulge on skin care and primers over makeup products because the skin care base is what is most important to me.
