Not a fan of this at all. I got the travel size in the “Operation PoreFection” kit (honestly I wasn’t really impressed with that as a whole anyway) and to be frank, I think it sucks. I almost always wear full foundation, concealer and powder face makeup but on the rare days I don’t, I like to use a subtle highlighter. This stuff is WAY too subtle, however. I have very fair skin on my face in …Read more

I'm writing this about the Shy Beam liquid matte highlighter (with the paint brush applicator) -- I'm not sure if Dandelion Shy Beam is different. Anyway, regarding the Shy Beam liquid -- I like it. I am light-medium and neutral (really neutral -- not warm, not really cool). This is a pale pink matte liquid and I would have thought it would look too pink for me, but once it's …Read more

I've got NC 20 skin tone (warm/neutral, fair). This is a light salmon/pink color, looks matte to me. I tried using this on my nose but it looked awful. Why? It seemed to clash with my yellow skin tone and I looked ashy and grey. But I tried it under my eyes as a color corrector/concealer and it worked well. I will add though that I have fairly mild circles under my eyes. It seemed to dry …Read more

Not really seeing this as much of a highlighter to be honest. It doesn't seem reflective at all it's more like a very light coloured concealer. It has a nice texture and blends easily. Love the packaging with the small brush. I do like this for my undereye area a lot, works amazing under my concealer without making it look cakey despite me using a good amount of both this product and …Read more

I actually used this over undereye concealer and it blends perfect. No caking and it brightens me right up. I love the little paintbrush too, if I don't have my tools as time I can still apply perfectly.

I've used BeneFit's Watt's Up and loved it, and I love Shy Beam as well. It's more subtle and pink than the champagne color of Watt's Up, but it works perfectly for more natural makeup. The applicator is basically a paintbrush, which I like. I'll paint it in a Nike swoosh under my eyes and across my cheekbones, dab some on the tip of my nose and my inner eye corners …Read more
