I was worried about strawberrynet sending fake products, so I ordered the same kerastase shampoo and conditioner that I usually use.
The first sign of a fake wasa typo on the back of the shampoo label where they've spelled the word 'ends' incorrectly. In addition, the smell is different and I've had an allergic reaction to it!

UPDATE 27 November 2014:
Gotten two fake or expired products out of the ca 25 I've bought. One was a Phyto Har Oil and a Cavalli perfume. Both smelt different from the originals. Didn't realize that the Phyto oil was fane before too long arter the purchase. Noticed the Cavalli was not as it should be after smelling it in a store, and got a refund for it

UPDATE 28 March 2014:
From today on, Strawberrynet will not refund VAT and taxes. Sad, sad day for me :( On the other hand, they claimed they lowered all prices by 10 %, which might be good for other people.

Have bought from them over 15 times now. Lovely customer service, haven't received any bad products since the 3rd time I ordered from them, luckily. Often very good prices, BUT NOT ALWAYS, so you better check some other sites too if you, like me, need to save money.

It may be really strange to review an Internet page here, but it's such a popular page that I think it deserves a review.
I have bought products there for 2 years now, but not very often - only ordered things 5 times. I absolutely LOVE that they refund VAT - it's one of the rare pages on the internet that I can buy expensive products from, not worrying about crazy VAT of $30+ on top of the purchase price (I live in Norway)!
They have a lot of different products from a lot of different brands, but they often lack the newest things and there have been quite a lot of products I couldn't find there, but they can't have EVERYTHING, I guess. They sometimes DO have discontinued products and limited edition products though - I have found a few gems there :)
First I was very reluctant to buy from them as I had heard that they sell old and fake products. I must say I have nver gotten fakes, but I HAVE gotten old/used products twice. The first one was a Kanebo foundation that had clearly been opened - the seal on it was broken and was floating in the foundation jar. The foundation itself was fresh. The second was a sealed foundation, but it was clearly very old - it had gotten bubbly and had separated. What was common for both products was that I got them for 75% off. There was nowhere mentioned that there might be anything wrong with them. The bad products were also the only that were wrapped in nice, pink, shiny paper when they arrived... sorry, but you're not going to soften me up with pretty paper - if the product is bad, I will complain.
I still rated the company 4 though because their customer service is very good and I got offered a refund or that they resend the product. The answer was very fast and in good English, and I got a refund. The same is the case with the VAT - I have ordered for over the tax limit twice and gotten my money back within 5 days the first time and in 1 the second time.
The products are packaged very well and safely.
There have been times I have bought things from Strawberrynet because I really wanted the cool gift that came with the buy. I have actually never been impressed with the gifts - I think there's a reason to why they are free. There was:
- a Stila Lipgloss that I never used because it was so damn sticky (a lot of people like them though)
- two eye shadows from Calvin Klein. One had a bit too much fallout, the other one I just chose the wrong colour in (it has received good ratings here and it was of god quality)
- a makeup set that looked quite cheap and would rather be suited as a gift for a child, but as I don't know if the ingredients in there are safe for a child, I didn't give it away to one.
You may still like some of the gifts, but I have figured out for myself that the free gifts should NOT be the reason I order something.
