While it is a nice little hydrating eye cream, do not expect it to get rid of dark circles. Mine are hereditary and I know that they are here to stay, but usually using a nourishing eye cream can help keep under eye hydrated and nourished. This eye cream is good as part of your AM routine, as it moisturizes well and has glowing powder added to it. The latter will help mimic an appearance of a well-rested under eye, but only temporarily, which makes it ideal for makeup users. Concealers, corrector will glide on with ease, without getting dry throughout the day. But as far as skincare benefits go - you might want to look at other options. I do not get puffy, but I still like how this eye cream wakes my skin up in the morning. I just think there are more potent eye creams available, this one isn't the best I have tried, yet it is still nice. I share more information about this and other skincare gem in a separate review here (https://www.nayatilly.com/single-post/2020/03/19/Zen-Skincare-You-Need-To-Try). Hope it helps!!

Oftentimes I wonder if charcoal really pulls out toxins from the skin, or if this is essentially a glorified mud mask. I do have brighter, less oily skin (I have dry skin that gets oily in warmer weather) when I use this but I also feel that a cheaper, less expensive mask could work too.

Very average moisturizer, it did not work very well for my skin because it didn't hydrate it enough. Also, I didn't notice any boost/energy effects. But the worst about this moisturizer is the finishing. It is very hard to put any makeup/foundation no the top of this, because it cakes.. It was my first experience with Origins, I had great expectations but it was one of the worst moisturizers I bought lately.
