    This is really a "maybe buy again". I've used it off and on for when I want an eye makeup remover, but it is not one of those items I want to spend much on. It's average, at best.

    Brilliant stuff! Definitely comparable to other high-end duo phase removers (Dior, Guerlain, etc), and it doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes in the slightest. Cheap as chips and highly effective....

    I see no point to using this item because it does not remove eye makeup better than water. =( Suggest you try something else if you don't want to irritate your face from scrubbing off your eyeliner.
