I don't think Boots' L;ft (Lift) range gets enough credit. I've had a number of products from the range and they've all been pretty good. This serum is no exception. Sure, it's nothing trailblazing but as serum's go, it's certainly one of the nicer ones I've used. It had a fairly thin consistency but it applied nicely and didn't leave my skin feeling sticky or greasy. It also had a slight scent to it but nothing overpowering and nothing that lingered once it was applied. I can't say I noticed any outstanding changes to my skin whilst using this but I liked it enough to want to repurchase it in the future.

This is a dual action eye make-up remover and as such, it works just fine. However, there are a couple of things that stop me from scoring it higher. First off, you don't get a huge amount of product for your money - a mere 100ml for £8.50 - meaning for me, this didn't last very long (about 3 weeks). Secondly, the packaging is really bulky, especially the lid. At first glance I thought it was a flip-top one but on closer inspection (and after accidentally pulling it apart in an attempt to open it) I realised it was a very bulky screw top one. As a result the opening of the bottle is quite wide, meaning I found myself dispensing far more product than I needed to on a lot of occasions. Not the worst eye make-up remover I've used but definitely not the best either and the bulky packaging puts me off repurchasing it.

I don’t get the good reviews of this mascara!! I have used tubing mascaras for years and have to say, this the absolute worst one ever! It’s okay for the first application only. The minute the air hits the tube and/or brush, all you get is a flaky, gloppy mess of black pieces on lashes and under eyes. Actually embarrassing! IMHO, the best tubing mascara of them all is Kevin Aucoin’s Volumizing and Lengthening. Not the Curling formula. Also like Blinc Amplified and Clinique Lash Power. Bobbi’s Intensifying Longwear also good, but expensive..
