Ultra Hydrating Face Cream

I love this as a night cream in the winter. It's very thick and moisturising, even though I have combo skin it gets dehydrated in winter and needs extra help at night. The deep lavender scent is divine. Great cruelty-free natural product!

*This review is for the vitamin c Booster, but Makeup Alley won’t allow me to add a new product for some reason!!! This little miracle is presented so you add the vitamin c powder to the serum solution and shake it up. You are supposed to use it twice a day for two weeks, and there is more than enough to cover the real estate between nipples and forehead. If you keep it out of sunlight, it is the most effective, but non-irritating vitamin c I have ever used. I’m 47 and after a week people were commenting on the glow. As Priceline seems to be having a sale every second week atm, don’t pay full-price, Stock up when you can. Use sunscreen, etc..... enjoy the glow!

I received this as a gift. And since my beloved La Mer Soft Lotion is out, I thought why not give this a go. I am also on an all-natural kick and researched the rejuvenating properties of rosehip oil with a lot of excitement. I wear this at night or when at home as it does leave a slightly oily residue on the face it is after all an oil. I use 2 drops for my entire face, and a little bit more that I massage on and around my lip area (I am almost 40 and it's pretty much time I start focusing on this part of my face). My eyes are slathered with another type of oil, which is pure frankincense. I have used this combo regimen consistently for almost a month and though I can't say my eye area is much improved with the frankincense, the rest of my face is glowing and very soft in the morning. I dare say that it performs *almost* as well as La Mer and that is saying a lot. In fact, I am going to use this exclusively for a while. It smells somewhat like fish oil but not as pungent - this does not bother me at the least because I hate fragrance in products for the face. I am pretty sure there will be users triggered by this almost-fishy smell. But, I am seriously in love and looking forward to update this review with visible results on my old acne scars and overall pigmentation. EDIT: After 1+ month of solid daily use, I need to let this go. It is a pore-blocker for my forehead and my nose, usually smooth-pored, was filled with whiteheads (forehead) and blackhead gunk (nose). I had to treat it with chemical exfoliant.
