Steam Straightener

I cannot even explain my dissapointment in this product. I bought it in hopes of straightening my wavy hair. This iron did nothing but, well NOTHING. It pulled my hair with the little crazy...

I have way too much hair....very thick, very long, and very curly. I can't straighten it with a blow-dryer and brush to save my life (although I know it's possible b/c salons do it for me...I think...
