Hair Styling Tools -BaByliss Pro -Pro Nano Titanium Straightening Iron

on 7/7/2018 5:16:00 AM

This is a really great flat iron! Had mine for 4 years & I'm gonna get a new one ONLY cuz the paint has started to peel off on the sides & it doesn't look as pretty as it used to. BUT after 4 years, it still works as good as it ever did. My hair is thick, curly, coarse & frizzy. And even in the disgusting NYC summers, using this flat iron, my hair is totally straight, with absolutely no poof or frizz. It does sometimes wave up a bit when it's very damp or humid, but a quick touch-up takes care of it. I don't even need to use much product. Yeah, this iron is that good! One thing I'll say is it must be cleaned after every use. No other flat iron I've ever had attracts whatever oil or anything else in my hair than this one. So be sure to clean it (very simple -- with paper towel & dish-washing liquid) & it should last a long time. This was way better for me than GHD & so much cheaper. You can get it at Bed Bath & Beyond with a 20% off coupon for a little over 100 bucks. Well worth it!

Hair Styling Tools -BaByliss Pro -Pro TT Tourmaline 5000 Hairdryer

Another review for the red $80 BaByliss Pro TT Tourmaline Titanium 3000 (BABTT5585). Let’s just put it this way: I was moving and could only take one hair dryer, and I had to choose between this and my $200 CHI Rocket. I chose this one mainly because it’s super lightweight and gets very hot so it does the job fast. I’m not saying this is the most spectacular blow dryer on the planet...I have yet to find that. But in the meantime, the BaByliss will do...I’ve had mine since 2009 and it’s still going strong.

Hair Styling Tools -BaByliss Pro -BaByliss 2561U 3Q Sensor Protect Hair Straightener

on 11/9/2017 11:13:00 PM

An excellent hair straightener for beginners. The heat sensor adjust the plate temperature according to hair type this helps avoid heat damage. The straightener works well on afro-hair for this very reason. It has a very long cord and comes with a heat-mat that doubles up as a protective pouch. I have personally use this model and never had any problems with it. Suitable for fine curly hair. Always spray your hair with a heat protector before applying heat.

Hair Styling Tools -BaByliss Pro -Pro TT Tourmaline Travel Dryer

This is tiny but very powerful. It works better than most full size dryers and is so lightweight and easy to maneuver. I prefer smaller dryers because they are so much easier to use. This one does a great job drying the hair in record time and leaves it smooth, silky and full of body.

A very regrettable purchase! After reading rave reviews on this dryer, I purchased one. If you have fine hair do not buy this dryer, or if you have one only use the medium setting and even then only if your hair is mostly dry to style. Using the high setting has resulted in me pulling serious knots from my hair.

I would have been better off with a $12 hair dryer from the drug store. While this is fabulous dryer for most people- and I am sincerely happy for them- this has been a nightmare for me.
