    This was the biggest disappointment in the RE-9 line. SPF 8? Why even bother? AND there are no UVA blocking ingredients, if I use this I have to use another sunscreen over the top of it.

    Not only is the SPF factor below the recommended limit of 15, but there is no UVA protection. As a moisturizer this might be adequate, but as a sunscreen it just does not work.
