I'd read good reviews here about these shadows and so decided to try one out when Clarins had a sale. I have Nude Beige, which is just that--a nude beige with a very matte finish. It's slightly darker than BB 's Long-Wear Cream Shadow in Shore and not as yellow as MAC's Paint Pot in Soft Ochre. It's packaged in a low-profile glass jar with a screw-top, and the opening is such that you can easily get a finger in there to pick up the product (and I think a finger is the best way to apply this). The texture is slightly dry so it's not as easy to apply as BB's or MAC's, and the finish is very matte (though not unflattering). It's a bit too dark to use as a base with my NC 20 complexion, but it's an easy lid color for a simple, sophisticated look. It doesn't need to be set with powder, and the wear time was good--more than 6 hours without migrating or creasing. It's a good product, but I prefer the less matte, easier-to-spread textures of MAC's and BB's cream shadows, so I would not repurchase. However, if you have oily lids, want to try a cream shadow, and like a matte look, this may be just the product for you.
