    My nails got thicker and stronger using this. I didn't really notice much hair growth but I don't pay too much attention to my hair. Plus they're yummy and always BOGO free at Walgreens. I like it....

    Thought I would give it a try.. Didn't see much of a difference except my nails got a little bit thicker/stronger. Maybe the actual capsules work better or something but wouldn't recommend this.
