sephora by OPI basecoat

Not a great base coat at all. It does not go on smoothly, causing more problems applying my polish than had I not used a base coat at all. For this reason alone, it's not worth using. I don't know...

This is the worst basecoat I have ever tried. Even the 99 cents ones are better. First the brush is too thin. Then it won't dry. I applied the base and 1 hour later still was not dry. 2 hours...
