    i love this nail polish. i generally only use OPI or orly nail polishes, but this works great! i love the color so much, it's a creme teal, and very original! best sinful color ever! and sooo cheap!

    I would not call this matte. It's just not very shiny. It's the perfect Kelly green for St. Patrick's Day. Average dry time and average wear, and it was only 99 cents at Wags.
