Purple Rain effect powder

This was the worst eyeshadow I've ever used. Ever. It had no color payoff and kept flaking off, even with primer. could not be used wet or dry, and very messy to work with. And SO overpriced. ...

I *hate* this effect powder! I was so disappointed with it! I love all my other effect powders but this is just... Eww... WAY too much chunky glitter and WAY too little color!
