This has both smoothing and shining properties but it just seems ok nothing too extraordinary. It's too pricey to be a blah item.

Wow this stuff is expensive. But it does a good job and doesn't seem to build up on my hair, in spite of containing silicones. A little goes a long way, thank goodness. One pump is good for my thick, collarbone-length hair. I usually let my wavy hair air dry and combine this product with a wave enhancer. This conditioner did everything it's advertised to do. But it didn't do it any better than other professional conditioners that cost a lot less. Additionally, the fragrance was meh. I cannot describe it, but it certainly wasn't Aquage's signature fresh scent. At $26/5 oz., I could and will do better. I won't repurchase.
