    Volume? WHERE? I hated this shampoo. The smell is wonderful, but the product failed terribly with me. My hair got thick and strange, totally ugly and with no shine.

    This is a tough one -- it really strips ALL oils from your hair, as other reviewers have mentioned, and after several uses, makes you hair feel rough and dry... BUT it smells so darn good...

    Didn't do anything for my hair at all.... no volume... i gave it two lippies because my hair is really clean and feels nice but it gives no volume at all which is really disappointing... :(

    This is a good basic shampoo, but doesn't really volumize. Also it has sulfates in it so I don't use it any more. But it's a good product for the price.
