    it curled for the first hour that i put it on, but deflated VERY quickly. i guess it looks like i have mascara on. but not really. its good for if you only have 5 seconds to put something on.

    Not only did it not curl, it weighed down my lashes. Very disappointed. I guess it could have been worse, if it clumped or something, but I wouldn't recommend it.
