Picked this up in Asia (continent of the whitening creams!) and was very happy with it, at least at first. For the first three months I used it my skin was noticeably whiter and brighter looking; my sun spots faded a little. Unfortunately, it's started to separate in the jar a little bit and it's doing that annoying flaking business. Still, a nice cream if you use it fast enough. Not a bad price, either -- 60$ US for a jar that lasted me almost 6 months.
