    This is a gorgeous blue. Like the other China Glaze polishes, it needs a base and topcoat, but I paired mine with Fairy Dust and it came out stunning.

    I waited for this with bated breath. In the bottle it's a dreamy glittery vibrant blue, but it dries grainy and matte. It's not horrible but definitely not what I wanted. It was $2.99 at H2T beauty.
