I loved the color Turquoise, in the Mega Eyes liquid eyeliner. It was the right shade of teal for my blue eyes and it was easy to apply with a smugeproof brush. I would definitly buy it again.

I wore this eyeliner on my top lash line today and it smudged almost instantly. After about an hour the liner smudged under my eyes and I had to continue wiping it off every hour after that.

This is ultra cheap and the products, eyeliner/lip liners are great. You have to read the colors/numbers carefully though, cause some are frosty, and others matte.
