    Nice color (jet black!) but the formula is terrible: smears, smudges, seperates, and takes forever to set. Didn't work on my waterline, but it did give a nice, vibrant line for a cat eye.

    HG. I use it ONLY in the outer corner, as it is intense, but this defines my eyes and STAYS. I use a different brush, too. But will not be without it!
