    generic black eyeliner. not bad, although the liner is kind of hard and doesn't feel that great on your eyelid, but the price really does make up for it a lot.

    I used to use NYC eyeliner but then I found out about the animal testing. Wet 'n' Wild eyeliner is only good for lining my upper. It doesn't go on that black on the bottom and it goes everywhere...

    This is the only black liner I ever buy #1 it's cheap #2 it does the job. For a black liner, you can't go wrong.

    This Kohl Kajal pencil eyeliner #651 by Wet & Wild is by-far that best I've tried. Can purchase at Target for around $1.00. Goes on easily and smoothly. Stays put. Worth a try, ladies!

    This eyeliner is just okay. The pigment is pretty intense on me, which I LOVE but it smudges way too quickly. I can't commit to this eyeliner and cannot wait to find a better one.

    Imo, i think wn'w eye liners are crap. Everytime i sharpen it the end breaks off, if i do manage to keep the ending on, it breaks off when applying on eyes. It tuggs your eyelids and doesn't glide...

    well this eyeliner can be used very well to draw a hard straight line like what avril laveign does. Its best if you want to create that look.

    I guess I bought a bad one b/c I hate this eyeliner. It's horrible and it smears like crazy. I look like I have on some runny mascara or a black ring around my eyes. Blah, like I said horrible.

    This might be my alltime favourite eyeliner. It's nice and soft, unlike all the expensive ones I've tried and it seems to stay on for a rather long time. And for $.99 I'd say I got a GREAT deal!
