I used to wear 'Fair' the second lightest one and the shade was perfect. The coverage is great, though it made my cheeks flaky (combo skin) even after applying moisturizer.

i live by this foundation. i have very pale skin, so the lightest shade works great from me. i can put on a full coat, and add a little extra on redness, and it isnt at all obvious, even in sunlight.
