    I tried their pencils in this bright blue and soft purple. The colors are very pretty but this definitely is not a liner for staying power. I have fun with them but would probably not buy them...

    This is probably the best eyeliner in the low-end market - it is soft enough and not at all scratchy!! It does tend to slide though if you have oily lids!
