The supremely blendable, bouncy powder highlights the eyes and cheeks with a unique effect that looks like an aquatic, radiant light. Subtle and sheer with gorgeous luminosity, I use it as a topper to create a spotlight effect across the features of the face. When it’s hit by light, prismatic colors emerge, illuminating the skin with transparent sparkling shine.
