These high-definition, glycerin-based paints deliver long-wearing intense color that packs a punch. Simply moisten a brush or sponge, dip into the color and apply for a versatile amount of looks, from fine detailed lines to full-body art. Available in 2 different color sets. Water-activated, color-intense cake liners goes on like liquid pigment and dries to a long-wearing opaque finish Each set includes a trio of bright, vibrant colors Perfect for pro-quality face and body art application Comes in a stackable festival-colored component Formulated without parabens, gluten, phthalates, oil, mineral oil and alcohol Dermatologist tested Cruelty-free and vegan HOW TO APPLY: Add a small amount of desired mixing medium (such as water or Dewy Set Setting Spray) to Electric Cake Liners to activate. Mix using a synthetic brush and apply. Layer as needed. Let color dry in place. To lock in color for all-day wear, finish with Dewy Set Setting Spray. Pro Tips: Add less mixing medium for more opacity. Add more mixing medium for a sheer wash of color. Use a thin tapered angle brush to apply with precision. Use a large flat brush or makeup sponge for larger application. Use a wet liner brush to create detailed line work or body art. Apply shades alone or mix together to create your own custom colors. Allow product to fully dry before storing. Be sure to tightly close the cap.
