I got bottle on clearance at Sally's for $1.29 and wow! Best base I've ever used, hands down. It's tacky so it really grabs the polish. I've had no chipping at all. It's fantastic.

If I have to choose the worst base coat, that would be it.
My polish did not lasted for 24 hours (usually it lasts about a week).
I gave it a second chance, but result was the same. Never again.
