Dr. Lewinn by Kinerase Under Eye Recovery

I haven't noticed any difference to the color of the circles and can't really tell if it's actually de-puffing the bags or if those shrink as the day goes on. I've been using it about a month now.

PROS: Seems to help with circles a bit. Definitely helps with wrinkles and bags. (Nothing gives me 100% change with bags.) But I tried it under one eye for a month and did see a difference, so...
