Cleansers -Mary Kay -Timewise 3-in-1 Cleanser and Moisturizer

on 4/16/2018 12:47:00 AM

As a former consultant, I used this cleanser for years. It's not a bad product for those who are not allergic to it (a lot of people are). My problem is that you are not supposed to need a toner to follow the cleanser because there is toner IN the cleanser, but you DO need to use toner after or as another person said in her review, you have to use it twice to get all the dirt and makeup off of your face. Also, one thing toner is supposed to do is tighten your press pores. Mine did not do that when I wasn't using toner after I cleansed.
Most MK products are worth the money you spend to get them, but not the cleanser.

Mascara -Mary Kay -Ultimate Mascara

on 4/13/2018 11:39:00 AM

This is a review for the Mary Kay Lash Intensity Mascara. I am surprised nobody reviewed this mascara before. It has this gimmicky rubber brush that has a flat side and a longer bristled brush on the other side. Apparently it was 5 years in the making. The brush is bitch to use. It doesn’t get a grasp on the lashes and is awkward in several ways. It’s pretty large, which I don’t like. I takes forever to coat the lashes and get them combed out. I worked and worked, but I couldn’t get both lashes to look the same. The effect is supposed to be dramatic and is. But there are so many mascaras out there that give much better results and are quicker and easier to use. It might work for very patient people who don’t mind spending a ton of time on their lashes with unpredictable results. Ultimate mascara is a better product, just not as dramatic. But it is reliable.

Cleansers -Mary Kay -TimeWise 3-in-1 cleanser N/D

Since I got my first samples of this circa 2005, I have been a faithful user of this cleanser. Though my skin is on the oily side, it sometimes gets dry due to my use of retina-A a few nights a week. I can't tell you how many times this cleanser has "rescued" my skin out of a ruddy rut! I use this cleanser and the matching moisturizer and my skin is once again radiant, irritant-free, and moisturized. The consistency is very creamy and has little scrubbies in it which are supposed to help exfoliate, and they do a nice, gentle job of polishing the skin. I also like the fact that there is no scent. I find that as I get older, my skin has gotten more sensitive to perfumes, which shouldn't be on your face anyway. When using this cleanser with the Miracle set or by itself, the magic happens. I think using all four products in the Miracle set is important, as they are formulated to work together. At 50, I have practically no wrinkles, nor creepiness, probably due to genetics, but boy this sure helps my skin stay young, fresh, and glowing. For the record, I much prefer this original Timewise product to the newer volufill version for its performance and fragrance-free formula. I will def. keep repurchasing.

This CC Cream is incredible! A perfect finish, great coverage, it does not crack or crease in your lines & wrinkles, and looks so natural on your skin you don't have to wear any thing else on your face if you don't to. Love, love, love this product!

I went to the club went in the ladies room and still no oilyness lol,my face was still fresh looking I went home and look at my face again it was still fresh. I even hesitated to wipe it off it looked awesome I loved how it controlled my oily skin I'd recommended this to anyone with really oily skin It works😄
