I really am not a big fan of using face washes that contain salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide in them, as they always end up over drying my face. However, Oxy Face Wash happens to be one of the face washes that was recommended for me to use by my dermatologist. The other cleanser recomended was Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Ceanser. I have sensitive, combo-to-oily acne prone skin. I also have issues with hyperigmentation too. I am currently using topicals prescribed by my dermatologist to aid in treating my adult acne and hyperpigmentation. It says on the packaging that it is a newly improved version. I used to use the old version, and even though it worked well at keeping my skin clear, it did really dry out my skin over time, which is why, I stopped using it. The new improved version is still quite drying to my skin, which is why, I don't use it hardly that often, and when I am finished with the two tubes of it that I bought, I do not plan on re-purchasing this stuff ever again.
