    Applying the liners dry doesn't give good results, but using them wet, whether using water, or using BE's i.d. weather everything, gives awesome results. I would recommend using any of the liner...

    I normally love all things BE but these things are nothing but a hassle. The powder spills everywhere, is a pain to clean up, and rubs off too easily. I'll just stick to my MAC Fluidlines!

    These are very nice but I'd recommend using them with Visine and applied wet then going over with the same color dry to prevent them disappearing or smudging as the day wears on.
