    I WOULD NOT SAY THAT THIS IS THE BEST MASCARA OUT THERE, BUT I REALLY LIKE IT. I USE A BLUE EYE LINER AND THEN THIS MASCARA AND WITH MY BLUE EYES IT REALLY HELPS MAKE THEM POP!!
