WOrst product ever.
Did absolutely nothing for my eyelashes.
Super hard to remove, you get stuck with white clumps all over your lashes, since its so hard to remove, i swear i lost lashes.
My eyelashes tend to become very dry since I use eyedrops constantly and have blepharitis so I decided to give Lashboost a try.
You are supposed to apply this at night to lengthen, condition and thicken your lashes while you sleep. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable difference in my eyelashes after using this product for a few months. I agree with other reviewers negative comments about this product. Here are some of the downsides:
- it goes on clumpy and gooey and looks and feels like you have put a thick white glue on your lashes
- VERY difficult to remove the morning after - I found the most effective way was to leave demak pads soaked in warm water on your eyes before attempting to remove it
- applicator brush is not eyelash friendly. It has no bristles which makes application very difficult and time-consuming
- it has some problematic ingredients including talc, alcohol and parabens
I would not recommend this product. Newways eyelash treatment is much better and I would recommend that above ModelCos.
This product did nothing for me. I used it for a few months each night, but if anything I lost lashes because of it (as other reviewers have said, it was hard to remove in the morning). Too bad, I think this product should be either reformulated or discontinued.
This was sold to me as a conditioner to wear under mascara. It is hugely clumpy and thick. As one of the other posters stated, it is almost impossible to wash off without taking some precious lashes with you. I'm not a fan of this product at all.
Oh ICK --- I was thinking this would be an opaque gel...something I could use in the daytime in place of mascara. No wonder it's an overnight treatment because it looks exactly like I smeared glue on my eyelashes. Thick, opaque white mascara this is. I don't like the applicator wand either -- it's just a stick with ridges...no brush or bristles. I'd be afraid to use this even overnight because I have a tendency to rub my eyes and I just know one morning I'll wake up bloodshot and puffy from getting this in my eyes/all over my face. So far the best lash conditioner I've tried is the one from DHC --- this product in comparison should be pulled from the shelves. It's not very practical or safe.
This product is meant to lengthen, condition and thicken your eyelashes overnight. The product goes on as a white mascara, a bit like putting tipex on your eyelashes. The next day when you wake up you are meant to take a cotton pad with warm water on it and gently rub it off your eyelashes. This proved to be quite a difficult task without pulling a few eyelashes out(which i did) and it does take a bit of time and is frustrating. However on the positive side I'm pretty sure it does lengthen, condition and thicken your eyelashes. I did see a change about just 2 weeks. I've given up using it after that as I really can't be bothered with it and it does take out a few eyelashes. I wish they had just make it like an oil instead of a white mascara.
If anyone is reading this and knows of a good eyelash treatment, please let me know.
