    This is super oily, but that's the only way I have luck getting my smudgeproof/waterproof eyeliners and mascara off. I like it, it doesn't sting or drag so it's great.

    It's practically oil. It does the job for me to remove my long lasting lip color but it leaves my lips and my eyes so greasy. There are many more removers out there that is both potent and refreshing.
